ADF stands for Auto-lead Data Format, the XML standard nearly every dealership CRM accepts for inbound leads. Because DealerDrive delivers by ADF, leads arrive as native CRM records with the source and the score attached, rather than as an email or a spreadsheet somebody has to re-key.

My CRM is not on your list. Can you still deliver?

Almost certainly yes. Any CRM that accepts ADF works. Send us the name and we confirm compatibility within one business day, before you commit to anything.

Do I need my CRM vendor involved to set this up?

Usually just once, to provide the ADF endpoint or lead delivery address for your store. That request typically takes a day or two, and we can give you the exact wording to send them.

Where does the score appear inside my CRM?

It arrives in the lead comments or a custom field, depending on what your CRM supports. We confirm the exact placement during setup and send test leads so your team can see it before you go live.
