Live in about a week.
No long onboarding project and no implementation fee. Most of the work is ours.
The first 30 days.
What happens, and when.
- Days 1 to 2Feed connection and audit. We confirm your inventory export works and show you exactly what your current catalog is missing.
- Days 3 to 5Catalog build. Every live unit becomes an ad on Meta and Google. Partner access to your Business Manager, nothing transferred out of your control.
- Days 2 to 4CRM wiring, running in parallel. Your CRM rep provides the ADF endpoint, we send test leads and confirm they land correctly with the score attached.
- Day 7Live. Ads are serving and scored leads are arriving in your CRM.
- Days 8 to 29Baseline collection. The model runs on published starting weights while we gather enough of your own data to tune it.
- Day 30First review. Cost per lead, score distribution, sale through rate by score bucket, and the first retune against your closed deals.
What we need from you.
Three items, under an hour of your time in total.
Item one
Your inventory feed
A scheduled CSV or XML export from your DMS, website provider, or syndication partner. If you already send inventory to listing sites, that feed usually works.
Item two
Partner access to Meta
Partner access to your existing Business Manager. You keep ownership of the page, the ad account, the pixel, and all of the history attached to them.
Item three
Your CRM lead endpoint
The ADF delivery address for your store, from your CRM representative. We send you the exact wording to forward, so it is one email.
What your team does after launch.
Nothing operational. The inventory feed updates itself, ads rebuild from it, and scored leads arrive in the CRM automatically. The only recurring commitment is a monthly review call with your account lead.
- Nothing to log into. Your BDC works leads in the CRM they already use
- Nothing to approve weekly. New units go live on their own within 24 hours
- One call a month. Numbers, what we are testing, and the model retune
If the feed breaks, we contact you and your feed provider the same day rather than letting ads run on stale inventory.
Frequently asked questions
How long does onboarding take?
About one week to live ads. Feed connection and audit take one to two days, catalog build takes three to five, and CRM delivery is confirmed in parallel within about two business days of your CRM rep providing the endpoint.
What do you need from me to start?
Three things: access to your inventory feed, partner access to your Meta Business account, and the ADF lead delivery endpoint from your CRM representative. We provide the exact wording for the CRM request.
How much of my team's time does onboarding take?
Under an hour in total, spread across a few short exchanges. You are granting access and forwarding one request to your CRM rep. Everything else is on our side.
When do I see the first results?
Ads serve within a week and scored leads start arriving immediately after CRM delivery is confirmed. The first meaningful read on quality comes at the day 30 review, when there is enough data to retune the model against your own closed deals.
What to read next
Start with the audit.
It is free, it takes one call, and it tells you what your current catalog is actually doing before you commit to anything.
