Three steps. That is the whole system.
A buyer sees one of your cars in their feed, fills out a form, and a scored record lands in your CRM before they close the app.
Step 01
Your inventory becomes ads.
We connect to your inventory feed, whether that comes from your DMS, your website provider, or a standard export. Every unit becomes its own ad with the real photos, the real price, and the real stock number. There is no creative round and nobody on your team opens Ads Manager.
- New arrivals go live within 24 hours of appearing in your feed
- Sold units drop out the same day
- Price changes follow automatically, keeping ads matched to your website
- Facebook, Instagram, and Google run in parallel from the same feed
Lead feed, today
LiveSelect a lead to see why it scored the way it did.
Verified mobile line active 6 years. Read the vehicle page for 4 minutes and typed every field. Established email domain. Home address 8 miles from the rooftop on a single device.
Verified mobile. Started a trade-in estimate before submitting. Free email domain with a valid mail server. Twenty two miles out, which is normal for this market.
VOIP line, which is common for real buyers using a work number but also common for junk. Filled the form in 11 seconds. Located outside the usual draw area. Worth a call, but not first.
Disposable email domain with no mail server. Every field pasted in under 3 seconds. Request came from a datacenter IP address, not a consumer connection.

Step 02
Every lead gets a number.
The moment someone submits a form, the lead hits DealerDrive and is scored from 0 to 100. This happens in under one second, before the lead would have reached your CRM anyway. The score is not a guess about intent. It is a weighted read of four measurable signal families that predict whether a human being will answer the phone. Select any lead to see the reasoning.
Step 03
Real buyers land in your CRM.
Qualified leads are delivered by universal ADF straight into the CRM your team already uses, with the score attached. Nothing gets re-keyed and nothing waits in a spreadsheet. Leads below your threshold are held out of the queue but stay visible in your dashboard with the reason attached, so every decision can be audited.
- You set the threshold
- The score rides on the record for work lists and reporting
- Nothing is deleted
Result
What changes at the store.
Efficiency
Cost per real lead drops
You still pay for junk clicks, but you stop paying your BDC to work them. The number that matters is cost per lead that actually answers.
Speed
Follow up gets faster
No manual entry means the first call can happen in the same hour, the single biggest lever on close rate.
Data quality
Your CRM gets clean
Fewer dead records, fewer duplicate burners, and reporting you can trust because the inputs are filtered before they arrive.
Estimate the time you get back
Your own numbers, your own math. This estimates the time your team currently spends on leads that were never going to answer. It does not promise a sales lift, because that depends on what your BDC does with the hours.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to launch DealerDrive?
Catalog build and ad launch typically take about one week from the day we receive your inventory feed. CRM delivery by ADF is usually confirmed within two business days of getting the endpoint from your CRM representative.
Do I need to give up my Facebook page or ad account?
No. We work inside your existing Meta Business account with partner access. You keep ownership of the page, the ad account, the pixel, and every piece of history and social proof attached to them.
What does my team have to do each week?
Nothing operational. Your inventory feed updates on its own and scored leads arrive in your CRM automatically. The only recurring commitment is a monthly review call with your account lead.
What happens if my inventory feed breaks?
We monitor the feed daily. If it stops updating or drops units unexpectedly, we contact you and your feed provider the same day rather than letting ads run on stale data.
Want to see it running?
Fifteen minutes, a live dashboard, and another dealer's real numbers with the names removed.
