Questions dealers actually ask.
Straight answers about pricing, setup, scoring, CRM delivery, data ownership, and what happens to your existing ads.
What is DealerDrive?
DealerDrive is a managed advertising and lead qualification service for used car dealers in the United States. It turns your live inventory into VIN level ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, scores every lead from 0 to 100 using AI, and delivers only the qualified buyers into your existing CRM. Pricing is $499 per month per rooftop.
How does DealerDrive score a lead?
Every form fill is scored from 0 to 100 in under one second. The model weighs four signal families: phone reputation at 35 percent, form behavior at 28 percent, email domain quality at 22 percent, and geography plus device signals at 15 percent. Weights are retuned each month against your store's actual sale through rate.
Which CRMs does DealerDrive work with?
DealerDrive delivers leads by universal ADF into VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, Elead, Tekion, Frazer, DealerCenter, AutoRaptor, ProMax, Dealertrack, and Higher Gear. Any other CRM that accepts ADF also works. Send us the name and we confirm within one business day.
How much does DealerDrive cost?
DealerDrive costs $499 per month per rooftop with no setup fee. That covers catalog build, ongoing optimization, AI lead scoring, ADF delivery, and a monthly review. Your media spend is billed separately by Meta and Google directly to you, and we never mark it up.
Does DealerDrive replace the Facebook ads I already run?
No, it upgrades them. Most stores run boosted posts or a partial catalog through a general agency. We take over the catalog setup, fix what is broken, add Google Vehicle Listing Ads alongside it, and layer AI scoring on top. Your page history and social proof stay exactly where they are.
What happens to leads that score low?
Nothing is deleted. Low scoring leads are held out of the BDC queue but stay visible in your dashboard with the reason attached, so any decision can be audited. You set the threshold. Some stores work everything above 45, others only above 70.
Who owns the data and the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside your Meta Business account with partner access, your leads stay yours, and you can export your full lead history with scores at any time. If you leave, the catalog and the ad account remain with you.
How long does setup take?
Feed connection and catalog build typically go live within one week. CRM delivery by ADF is usually confirmed within two business days of receiving the endpoint from your CRM representative.
Is there a contract?
DealerDrive is month to month. Cancel with 30 days notice. There is no annual commitment and no early termination fee.
Do I pay for ad spend separately?
Yes. Media spend goes directly from you to Meta and Google on your own payment method. DealerDrive never touches it and never marks it up, so your ad accounts and your reporting stay fully under your control.
Does DealerDrive work for independent dealers?
Yes. The system was built for both franchise and independent used car dealerships in the United States. Independent stores often see the biggest change, because they are least likely to already have a clean catalog running.
What size dealership does this suit?
Roughly 40 units and up. Below about 25 units there is not enough inventory for a catalog to work properly, and we will tell you that rather than take the business.
What inventory feed do you need?
Most standard feeds work, including DMS exports, website provider feeds, and syndication feeds already going to listing sites. If your provider can send a scheduled CSV or XML, we can build from it, and we confirm compatibility before you sign.
How do I know it is working?
A monthly review with your account lead covering cost per lead, lead volume, score distribution, and sale through rate by score bucket, plus what we are testing next. No impression counts and no vanity dashboards.
What happens to my catalog if I cancel?
It stays in your ad account, because the account was always yours. We remove our partner access and you keep the build, the pixel data, and your full lead history with scores.
Do you offer group or multi rooftop pricing?
Yes. Every rooftop is on the same plan: $499 a month per rooftop, with no setup fee. A group with several stores runs one plan per location.
Is the website accessible?
Yes. This site is built to WCAG 2.2 level AA. Every interactive element is keyboard operable, text meets a 4.5 to 1 contrast minimum, motion respects the reduced motion setting, and dynamic results are announced to screen readers.
